Here in the Crewe area again, the wonderful market town of Nantwich in Cheshire, and the business in question this time for a top drawer review is Webb House Furnishers. They have two showrooms in Nan [read more]twich, one recently opened, with my furniture and a rug purchased from the amazing three storey showroom in Mill Street, Nantwich, Cheshire. Having recently bought a property in Crewe and looking for a big bed, headboard and mattress, a nice comfortable and quality made armchair, two bedside cabinets and a rug for the living space, Webb House had all the choice I needed and it came out just about on my budget. Along with help of the sales advisor and perusing the three floors and looking at their web site the night before, I can safely state everything came out really well. A very good commendation to the advisor and for the time and help he provided. Once the furniture had been chosen and a deposit paid, the service offered by the other staff right through to the delivery people, could not have gone more smoothly. As the chair was a little behind the king size bed and other items, due to the time for manufacture, the delivery was over two dates. In terms of keeping communication

What can I say. Excellent service from this gem of a store. Their customer service is the best we have ever received. We experienced an issue, absolutely not of Webb House's making. The resolution of [read more] which could not have been better. Exceptional. Do not hesitate to buy from this family company. Gary is an amazing member of their team, he is brilliant to deal with, he gave us unbelievable service. Friendly, knowledgeable, fabulous. Hope he's is appreciated. Such an asset to the store.
