We encountered manufacturing delays which had an impact on the delivery time of our total furniture order. Although it was a manufacturer delay, andnot their making, Neil and the team still went over [read more] and above our expectations to ensure we had an interim solution. Excellent service from start to finish. Particular credit goes to the delivery team who were professional and caring when they delivered our new chairs and footstool.

Good service. The delivery men were particularly kind and helpful and took such care trying to get our new sofa into an awkward small cottage.
