We encountered manufacturing delays which had an impact on the delivery time of our total furniture order. Although it was a manufacturer delay, andnot their making, Neil and the team still went over [read more] and above our expectations to ensure we had an interim solution. What can I say. Excellent service from this gem of a store. Their customer service is the best we have ever received. We experienced an issue, absolutely not of Webb House's making. The resolution of [read more] which could not have been better. Exceptional. Do not hesitate to buy from this family company. Gary is an amazing member of their team, he is brilliant to deal with, he gave us unbelievable service. Friendly, knowledgeable, fabulous. Hope he's is appreciated. Such an asset to the store.
