Here in the Crewe area again, the wonderful market town of Nantwich in Cheshire, and the business in question this time for a top drawer review is Webb House Furnishers. They have two showrooms in Nan [read more]twich, one recently opened, with my furniture and a rug purchased from the amazing three storey showroom in Mill Street, Nantwich, Cheshire. Having recently bought a property in Crewe and looking for a big bed, headboard and mattress, a nice comfortable and quality made armchair, two bedside cabinets and a rug for the living space, Webb House had all the choice I needed and it came out just about on my budget. Along with help of the sales advisor and perusing the three floors and looking at their web site the night before, I can safely state everything came out really well. A very good commendation to the advisor and for the time and help he provided. Once the furniture had been chosen and a deposit paid, the service offered by the other staff right through to the delivery people, could not have gone more smoothly. As the chair was a little behind the king size bed and other items, due to the time for manufacture, the delivery was over two dates. In terms of keeping communication

Gary is an absolute asset to the webb house team and a true credit to the company. From the moment you walk in, he makes the whole experience feel easy, welcoming, and genuinely enjoyable. His knowled [read more]ge of the products is outstanding, and he takes the time to really understand what you’re looking for. What really sets Gary apart is how he consistently goes above and beyond. Whether it’s offering thoughtful recommendations or ensuring every detail is just right, his level of care and professionalism is second to none. It’s rare to come across someone so dedicated, approachable, and passionate about what they do. Gary doesn’t just sell furniture—he creates a great customer experience from start to finish. This is a great local company which is family owned. The whole team is very welcoming. They have so much stock in their two showrooms, catering for all different tastes. They are all very helpful and [read more]knowledgeable about their ranges, and are clear about communicating the lead-times. The delivery guys are fantastic and always take care in your home when assembling furniture. We’ve bought several items from them since moving to the area and will definitely return.

Good service. The delivery men were particularly kind and helpful and took such care trying to get our new sofa into an awkward small cottage.

We encountered manufacturing delays which had an impact on the delivery time of our total furniture order. Although it was a manufacturer delay, andnot their making, Neil and the team still went over [read more] and above our expectations to ensure we had an interim solution. The customer service we received from Neil and his team was exemplary, and we certainly would recommend them, thank you

My new sofa and bedside table from Webb House Furnishers were delivered yesterday, 16/09/2025. The customer service I have received from first visiting the store to delivery of items has been absolute [read more]ly excellent. Mrs Webb herself was so very helpful when I was making my choice but I was free to take as long as I needed. There was no pressure. The delivery team were wonderful. They'd already visited to check access details so that when delivery day arrived all went smoothly. They took such care, covering footwear, unwrapping the goods. Top Class. Thank you Webbs.

We have recently moved home and went into Webb House furnishers in Nantwich to look into replacing some of our furniture. We had great service by the sales team resulting in us purchasing 2 sofas, a f [read more]eature armchair and a couple of rugs. The delivery guys who brought the furniture were brilliant at getting the largest sofa into our lounge which meant disassembling then reassembling it to make it possible. I definitely recommend Webb House and I’m sure we’ll be using them again in the future.
