This was introduced as service to help the customer that finds the carrier service unsuitable. Click and collect allows the customer to collect from our store (or other location points) anytime during our business hours Monday to Saturday 9am to 5pm. It may be possible for after hours collection by arrangement. This is of course a free service.
We can arrange for a courier to deliver your goods. Please note this is a door step service where they will offer delivery between 8am and 6pm, so you may need to make additional arrangements on the day of delivery. Once we have confirmed the availability we will contact you to arrange the delivery date. If you have any specific delivery requirements please contact us to discuss them.
Delivery Costs are calculated by the weight of your parcel and the area to which we are delivering to.
We operate our own delivery vehicle and all the team are employed directly by us, based at our distribution centre. As soon as your goods arrive we will contact you personally to arrange a day to deliver at your convenience. We can offer you AM or PM and even work around the school runs. We will deliver the furniture to the room you require, unpack the furniture and remove the packaging. If you wish, the team can then run through how any technical parts operate.
Delivery Costs are calculated by the weight of your parcel and the area to which we are delivering to.
Some of our ranges have a variety of options for you to select from. Gary is an absolute asset to the webb house team and a true credit to the company. From the moment you walk in, he makes the whole experience feel easy, welcoming, and genuinely enjoyable. His knowled [read more]ge of the products is outstanding, and he takes the time to really understand what you’re looking for.
What really sets Gary apart is how he consistently goes above and beyond. Whether it’s offering thoughtful recommendations or ensuring every detail is just right, his level of care and professionalism is second to none.
It’s rare to come across someone so dedicated, approachable, and passionate about what they do. Gary doesn’t just sell furniture—he creates a great customer experience from start to finish. Highly recommended!

We have visited Webbs on numerous occasions now, and recently bought a bed from the shop floor. The service has been flawless from sale to delivery, and all staff have been particularly friendly, help [read more]ful and knowledgeable. A real pleasure and a refreshing change from the usual high street retail experience these days. We'll be back.

Purchased several items from Neil at Webb house for both at home and work, the whole team were very polite and helpful from start to finish. The products are also great quality and we won't look elsew [read more]here when ordering more furniture.
Keep up the good work.

We recently decided to purchase a new suite from Webb's. We'd been thinking about it for some time and we really wanted to purchase from an independent store. While waiting for an assistant to become [read more]free we had a wander upstairs and decided on buying new furniture to go with the suite.
We regularly received updates on our purchases and it was all delivered last week. The delivery men could not have been better. Every care was taken to not make any mess at all in our home. All pieces were placed exactly where I wanted them.
Webb's called later in the day to check that we were happy with everything.
Would highly recommend.

My new sofa and bedside table from Webb House Furnishers were delivered yesterday, 16/09/2025. The customer service I have received from first visiting the store to delivery of items has been absolute [read more]ly excellent. Mrs Webb herself was so very helpful when I was making my choice but I was free to take as long as I needed. There was no pressure. The delivery team were wonderful. They'd already visited to check access details so that when delivery day arrived all went smoothly. They took such care, covering footwear, unwrapping the goods. Top Class. Thank you Webbs.

We have recently moved home and went into Webb House furnishers in Nantwich to look into replacing some of our furniture. We had great service by the sales team resulting in us purchasing 2 sofas, a f [read more]eature armchair and a couple of rugs.
The delivery guys who brought the furniture were brilliant at getting the largest sofa into our lounge which meant disassembling then reassembling it to make it possible.
I definitely recommend Webb House and I’m sure we’ll be using them again in the future.
