I cannot fault the service offered by Webbs. I ordered a number of pieces of Parker Knoll furniture from Webbs. There were problems in terms of the fabric but Webbs kept me informed at every stage. Tw [read more]o very helpful delivery men arrived with my furniture earlier this week and the sofas and chairs are really lovely and very well made. The whole service has been exemplary and I would highly recommend this company.

We have recently moved home and went into Webb House furnishers in Nantwich to look into replacing some of our furniture. We had great service by the sales team resulting in us purchasing 2 sofas, a f [read more]eature armchair and a couple of rugs. The delivery guys who brought the furniture were brilliant at getting the largest sofa into our lounge which meant disassembling then reassembling it to make it possible. I definitely recommend Webb House and I’m sure we’ll be using them again in the future.

Along with help of the sales advisor and perusing the three floors and looking at their web site the night before, I can safely state everything came out really well. A very good commendation to the advisor and for the time and help he provided. Once the furniture had been chosen and a deposit paid, the service offered by the other staff right through to the delivery people, could not have gone more smoothly. As the chair was a little behind the king size bed and other items, due to the time for manufacture, the delivery was over two dates. In terms of keeping communication
