There is something very special about their service; they are helpful but not pushy, they do what they promise fr [read more]om initial enquiry though to final delivery, and the whole team clearly takes pride in what they do. Gary is an absolute asset to the webb house team and a true credit to the company. From the moment you walk in, he makes the whole experience feel easy, welcoming, and genuinely enjoyable. His knowled [read more]ge of the products is outstanding, and he takes the time to really understand what you’re looking for. What really sets Gary apart is how he consistently goes above and beyond. Whether it’s offering thoughtful recommendations or ensuring every detail is just right, his level of care and professionalism is second to none. It’s rare to come across someone so dedicated, approachable, and passionate about what they do. Gary doesn’t just sell furniture—he creates a great customer experience from start to finish. Highly recommended! Chloe & Jack - Shavington

We have visited Webbs on numerous occasions now, and recently bought a bed from the shop floor. The service has been flawless from sale to delivery, and all staff have been particularly friendly, help [read more]ful and knowledgeable. We have recently moved home and went into Webb House furnishers in Nantwich to look into replacing some of our furniture. We had great service by the sales team resulting in us purchasing 2 sofas, a f [read more]eature armchair and a couple of rugs. The delivery guys who brought the furniture were brilliant at getting the largest sofa into our lounge which meant disassembling then reassembling it to make it possible. I definitely recommend Webb House and I’m sure we’ll be using them again in the future.
