This was introduced as service to help the customer that finds the carrier service unsuitable. Click and collect allows the customer to collect from our store (or other location points) anytime during our business hours Monday to Saturday 9am to 5pm. It may be possible for after hours collection by arrangement. This is of course a free service.
We can arrange for a courier to deliver your goods. Please note this is a door step service where they will offer delivery between 8am and 6pm, so you may need to make additional arrangements on the day of delivery. Once we have confirmed the availability we will contact you to arrange the delivery date. If you have any specific delivery requirements please contact us to discuss them.
Delivery Costs are calculated by the weight of your parcel and the area to which we are delivering to.
We operate our own delivery vehicle and all the team are employed directly by us, based at our distribution centre. As soon as your goods arrive we will contact you personally to arrange a day to deliver at your convenience. We can offer you AM or PM and even work around the school runs. We will deliver the furniture to the room you require, unpack the furniture and remove the packaging. If you wish, the team can then run through how any technical parts operate.
Delivery Costs are calculated by the weight of your parcel and the area to which we are delivering to.
Some of our ranges have a variety of options for you to select from. This is a great local company which is family owned. The whole team is very welcoming. They have so much stock in their two showrooms, catering for all different tastes. They are all very helpful and [read more]knowledgeable about their ranges, and are clear about communicating the lead-times. The delivery guys are fantastic and always take care in your home when assembling furniture. We’ve bought several items from them since moving to the area and will definitely return.

My new sofa and bedside table from Webb House Furnishers were delivered yesterday, 16/09/2025. The customer service I have received from first visiting the store to delivery of items has been absolute [read more]ly excellent. Mrs Webb herself was so very helpful when I was making my choice but I was free to take as long as I needed. There was no pressure. The delivery team were wonderful. They'd already visited to check access details so that when delivery day arrived all went smoothly. They took such care, covering footwear, unwrapping the goods. Top Class. Thank you Webbs.
