We have visited Webbs on numerous occasions now, and recently bought a bed from the shop floor. The service has been flawless from sale to delivery, and all staff have been particularly friendly, help [read more]ful and knowledgeable. A real pleasure and a refreshing change from the usual high street retail experience these days. We'll be back.

Gary is an absolute asset to the webb house team and a true credit to the company. From the moment you walk in, he makes the whole experience feel easy, welcoming, and genuinely enjoyable. His knowled [read more]ge of the products is outstanding, and he takes the time to really understand what you’re looking for. What really sets Gary apart is how he consistently goes above and beyond. Whether it’s offering thoughtful recommendations or ensuring every detail is just right, his level of care and professionalism is second to none. It’s rare to come across someone so dedicated, approachable, and passionate about what they do. Gary doesn’t just sell furniture—he creates a great customer experience from start to finish. Highly recommended! Chloe & Jack - Shavington

Here in the Crewe area again, the wonderful market town of Nantwich in Cheshire, and the business in question this time for a top drawer review is Webb House Furnishers. They have two showrooms in Nan [read more]twich, one recently opened, with my furniture and a rug purchased from the amazing three storey showroom in Mill Street, Nantwich, Cheshire. Having recently bought a property in Crewe and looking for a big bed, headboard and mattress, a nice comfortable and quality made armchair, two bedside cabinets and a rug for the living space, Webb House had all the choice I needed and it came out just about on my budget. Along with help of the sales advisor and perusing the three floors and looking at their web site the night before, I can safely state everything came out really well. A very good commendation to the advisor and for the time and help he provided. Once the furniture had been chosen and a deposit paid, the service offered by the other staff right through to the delivery people, could not have gone more smoothly. As the chair was a little behind the king size bed and other items, due to the time for manufacture, the delivery was over two dates. In terms of keeping communication

We recently decided to purchase a new suite from Webb's. We'd been thinking about it for some time and we really wanted to purchase from an independent store. While waiting for an assistant to become [read more]free we had a wander upstairs and decided on buying new furniture to go with the suite. We regularly received updates on our purchases and it was all delivered last week. The delivery men could not have been better. Every care was taken to not make any mess at all in our home. All pieces were placed exactly where I wanted them. Webb's called later in the day to check that we were happy with everything. Would highly recommend.

Excellent place to visit with an extensive range of furniture on two floors. They have two stores in Nantwich so allow yourself plenty of time. The sales staff are extremely helpful and knowledgeable.

Good service. The delivery men were particularly kind and helpful and took such care trying to get our new sofa into an awkward small cottage.

We encountered manufacturing delays which had an impact on the delivery time of our total furniture order. We have recently moved home and went into Webb House furnishers in Nantwich to look into replacing some of our furniture. We had great service by the sales team resulting in us purchasing 2 sofas, a f [read more]eature armchair and a couple of rugs. The delivery guys who brought the furniture were brilliant at getting the largest sofa into our lounge which meant disassembling then reassembling it to make it possible. I definitely recommend Webb House and I’m sure we’ll be using them again in the future.
