This was introduced as service to help the customer that finds the carrier service unsuitable. Click and collect allows the customer to collect from our store (or other location points) anytime during our business hours Monday to Saturday 9am to 5pm. It may be possible for after hours collection by arrangement. This is of course a free service.
We can arrange for a courier to deliver your goods. Please note this is a door step service where they will offer delivery between 8am and 6pm, so you may need to make additional arrangements on the day of delivery. Once we have confirmed the availability we will contact you to arrange the delivery date. If you have any specific delivery requirements please contact us to discuss them.
Delivery Costs are calculated by the weight of your parcel and the area to which we are delivering to.
We operate our own delivery vehicle and all the team are employed directly by us, based at our distribution centre. As soon as your goods arrive we will contact you personally to arrange a day to deliver at your convenience. We can offer you AM or PM and even work around the school runs. We will deliver the furniture to the room you require, unpack the furniture and remove the packaging. If you wish, the team can then run through how any technical parts operate.
Delivery Costs are calculated by the weight of your parcel and the area to which we are delivering to.
Some of our ranges have a variety of options for you to select from. For example when choosing a bed you will need to select the size and drawer options (if applicable), other ranges will have a variety of wood colours, handles and fabric colours to select from. The selection process is easy, but if you do have any queries, please call us on 01270 629296.
We accept most debit and credit cards and payment via PayPal. The card must be associated with the customers address, so care must be taken if you have recently moved house.
If you need to order and send items to multiple addresses, please place a separate order for each address. For more information on costs and where we can deliver to, click on the Delivery Zone Information button on the checkout page.
Any stock item will be despatched within 2-5 working days of order date. The lead time on all to order items will vary between 4-12 weeks depending on the product. We will inform you of any delays immediately and you will be entitled to a full refund if the timescale is not acceptable.
The Beach Ball beanbag range offers a playful and vibrant addition to our Nantwich furniture showrooms, falling within the fabric footstools category. These delightful pieces, mimicking the classic beach ball design, inject a dose of fun and informality into any living space. Crafted with quality fabrics, they provide a comfortable and versatile seating or footrest option, ideal for both adults and children. The segmented, multi-coloured design not only adds a visual focal point but also complements various interior styles, from contemporary to eclectic. Their lightweight nature allows for easy repositioning, making them perfect for flexible living arrangements. The Beach Ball beanbags demonstrate a commitment to blending quirky design with practical comfort.
The appeal of the Beach Ball beanbags lies in their ability to transform a simple footstool into a statement piece. Offering a refreshing alternative to traditional footstools, they provide a relaxed and inviting atmosphere. The durable fabric construction ensures longevity, while the soft filling provides ample support. Within our Nantwich showrooms, these beanbags serve as a perfect example of how functional furniture can also be a source of joy. They are particularly well-suited for family homes, children's rooms, or even casual living areas where a touch of whimsy is desired. My new sofa and bedside table from Webb House Furnishers were delivered yesterday, 16/09/2025. The customer service I have received from first visiting the store to delivery of items has been absolute [read more]ly excellent. Mrs Webb herself was so very helpful when I was making my choice but I was free to take as long as I needed. There was no pressure. The delivery team were wonderful. They'd already visited to check access details so that when delivery day arrived all went smoothly. They took such care, covering footwear, unwrapping the goods. Top Class. Thank you Webbs.
