It may be possible for after hours collection by arrangement. This is of course a free service.
We can arrange for a courier to deliver your goods. Please note this is a door step service where they will offer delivery between 8am and 6pm, so you may need to make additional arrangements on the day of delivery. We operate our own delivery vehicle and all the team are employed directly by us, based at our distribution centre. My new sofa and bedside table from Webb House Furnishers were delivered yesterday, 16/09/2025. The customer service I have received from first visiting the store to delivery of items has been absolute [read more]ly excellent. Mrs Webb herself was so very helpful when I was making my choice but I was free to take as long as I needed. There was no pressure. The delivery team were wonderful. They'd already visited to check access details so that when delivery day arrived all went smoothly. They took such care, covering footwear, unwrapping the goods. Top Class. Thank you Webbs.

The delivery guys who brought the furniture were brilliant at getting the largest sofa into our lounge which meant disassembling then reassembling it to make it possible.
I definitely recommend Webb House and I’m sure we’ll be using them again in the future.
