We encountered manufacturing delays which had an impact on the delivery time of our total furniture order. Although it was a manufacturer delay, andnot their making, Neil and the team still went over [read more] and above our expectations to ensure we had an interim solution. Very impressed by the level of service throughout the order process including a delivery team who were exemplary and diligent in the delivery of my mum's new armchair and removal of her old one.
