We have visited Webbs on numerous occasions now, and recently bought a bed from the shop floor. The service has been flawless from sale to delivery, and all staff have been particularly friendly, help [read more]ful and knowledgeable. A real pleasure and a refreshing change from the usual high street retail experience these days. We'll be back.

Have ordered and just had delivered a new mattress. The whole process from visiting the store, purchasing the mattress and delivery has been exemplary. Staff polite and helpful and have good product k [read more]nowledge. I will definitely buy from them in the future.

We encountered manufacturing delays which had an impact on the delivery time of our total furniture order. Although it was a manufacturer delay, andnot their making, Neil and the team still went over [read more] and above our expectations to ensure we had an interim solution.
