We encountered manufacturing delays which had an impact on the delivery time of our total furniture order. Although it was a manufacturer delay, andnot their making, Neil and the team still went over [read more] and above our expectations to ensure we had an interim solution. The customer service we received from Neil and his team was exemplary, and we certainly would recommend them, thank you

Just taken delivery of our Parker Knoll sofa and chairs,just like to say Great service from Joan at the shop plus Chris and Jucjan for their care in delivery,
