This was introduced as service to help the customer that finds the carrier service unsuitable. Click and collect allows the customer to collect from our store (or other location points) anytime during our business hours Monday to Saturday 9am to 5pm. It may be possible for after hours collection by arrangement. This is of course a free service.
We can arrange for a courier to deliver your goods. Please note this is a door step service where they will offer delivery between 8am and 6pm, so you may need to make additional arrangements on the day of delivery. Once we have confirmed the availability we will contact you to arrange the delivery date. If you have any specific delivery requirements please contact us to discuss them.
Delivery Costs are calculated by the weight of your parcel and the area to which we are delivering to.
We operate our own delivery vehicle and all the team are employed directly by us, based at our distribution centre. As soon as your goods arrive we will contact you personally to arrange a day to deliver at your convenience. We can offer you AM or PM and even work around the school runs. We will deliver the furniture to the room you require, unpack the furniture and remove the packaging. If you wish, the team can then run through how any technical parts operate.
Delivery Costs are calculated by the weight of your parcel and the area to which we are delivering to.

Bearing a Scandinavian influence in its cool, streamlined appearance, this oak furniture collection has been given a hand wax finish resulting in a subtle sheen that brings the one-of-a-kind natural markings of the timber to the fore to add warmth and character.
Its design simplicity gives it a timeless appeal that will blend beautifully into both modern and more traditional interiors. All the pieces feature smooth edges and silky smooth finish.

This is a great local company which is family owned. The whole team is very welcoming. They have so much stock in their two showrooms, catering for all different tastes. They are all very helpful and [read more]knowledgeable about their ranges, and are clear about communicating the lead-times. The delivery guys are fantastic and always take care in your home when assembling furniture. We’ve bought several items from them since moving to the area and will definitely return.

Gary is an absolute asset to the webb house team and a true credit to the company. From the moment you walk in, he makes the whole experience feel easy, welcoming, and genuinely enjoyable. His knowled [read more]ge of the products is outstanding, and he takes the time to really understand what you’re looking for.
What really sets Gary apart is how he consistently goes above and beyond. Whether it’s offering thoughtful recommendations or ensuring every detail is just right, his level of care and professionalism is second to none.
It’s rare to come across someone so dedicated, approachable, and passionate about what they do. Gary doesn’t just sell furniture—he creates a great customer experience from start to finish. Highly recommended!

Mrs Webb herself was so very helpful when I was making my choice but I was free to take as long as I needed. There was no pressure. The delivery team were wonderful. They'd already visited to check access details so that when delivery day arrived all went smoothly. They took such care, covering footwear, unwrapping the goods. Top Class. Thank you Webbs.

I cannot fault the service offered by Webbs. I ordered a number of pieces of Parker Knoll furniture from Webbs. There were problems in terms of the fabric but Webbs kept me informed at every stage. Here in the Crewe area again, the wonderful market town of Nantwich in Cheshire, and the business in question this time for a top drawer review is Webb House Furnishers. They have two showrooms in Nan [read more]twich, one recently opened, with my furniture and a rug purchased from the amazing three storey showroom in Mill Street, Nantwich, Cheshire.
Having recently bought a property in Crewe and looking for a big bed, headboard and mattress, a nice comfortable and quality made armchair, two bedside cabinets and a rug for the living space, Webb House had all the choice I needed and it came out just about on my budget. Along with help of the sales advisor and perusing the three floors and looking at their web site the night before, I can safely state everything came out really well. A very good commendation to the advisor and for the time and help he provided.
Once the furniture had been chosen and a deposit paid, the service offered by the other staff right through to the delivery people, could not have gone more smoothly. As the chair was a little behind the king size bed and other items, due to the time for manufacture, the delivery was over two dates. In terms of keeping communication

Good service. The delivery men were particularly kind and helpful and took such care trying to get our new sofa into an awkward small cottage.
